Twice a year Barrow Neurological Foundation holds a Raffle to raise money for research and patient care. The prizes are big: cars, trips and even $1 million. And so was our task: relaunch the Raffle and stop a five year player decline. By re-framing the prizes and focusing on real players who've never won the Raffle, we increased social engagement by 749% and beat fundraising goals by 543%.
